Business Administrator Apprentice (Level 3)About the Company

A leading provider of professional interpreting and translation services across the UK, with offices in London, Sheffield, and a head office in Birmingham. The organisation supports a wide range of clients, including government bodies, healthcare providers, police services, businesses, and advisory services.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Business Administrator Apprentice (Level 3). This role offers hands-on experience in administration, supporting the smooth running of daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately input and update client and business data into internal systems and databases.

· Handle incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely communication with clients, partners, and colleagues.

· Prepare, manage, and organise paperwork, including contracts, client forms, and service records.

· Maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper-based) to ensure information is stored securely and can be accessed efficiently.

· Support the preparation of business documents, reports, and presentations as required.

· Assist with scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and coordinating diaries.

· Operate office equipment such as printers and scanners to support day-to-day business needs.

· Provide general administrative support to the team, contributing to the smooth running of office operations.

· Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards when handling sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualities

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases)

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong organisational abilities

· Customer service awareness

· Ability to work effectively in a team

· Proactive and able to use initiative
